RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

At KYRA Jewelry, we want you to feel happy and confident about every purchase. This policy explains how returns and exchanges work for fashion jewelry.

 

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exception (For Hygiene Reasons)

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Ear cuffs

These items are final sale due to hygiene and safety.

 

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be accepted, all items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • In original condition (no scratches, no signs of wear, no perfume or damage)
  • Returned with all original packaging, including:
    • Kyra jewelry box
    • Pouch
    • Tags
    • Certificates (if any)
    • Any free gifts included
  • Items that are returned used or damaged may be rejected.

3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item,
  • A damaged item, or
  • A defective item

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Repair it (if possible), or
  • Refund you

For defective or wrong items, Kyra covers the return shipping cost.

 

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Photos or videos (if there’s an issue with the item)
  • Whether you prefer a return or exchange

 

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.

 

6. GCC Orders

Other GCC customers may have different rules for duties and customs fees.

These fees are non-refundable.
